Classical/Spanish guitarist Paco de Lucia has feeling and emotion by the buckets-full. Have a listen to this and see if you can learn something.

But also note how he uses the fretboard. You know, most of his playing here is just using a simple scale pattern that covers the entire fretboard. But he knows every nook and cranny of that pattern.

Not really my kind of music, but I sure do appreciate his skills and the way he expresses himself.
